There is of course, no such thing as a ‘regular event’ so we work with you on a case by case basis to organise a brief that ensures the event photography delivers everything you need.
As standard, we will have one of our professional photographers in attendance working to capture all elements of your event based on the brief –
but we can also add a whole range of additional features to get the most out of your event.

Event Photography – Rapid Edit:
We do a lot of press work and press-desk work so depending upon requirements we can offer almost instant turnaround of files – this is perfect for events that are hosted online or in Social media as professional quality imagery can be with your editorial team within seconds of the activity.
Event Photography – Headshots:
While the delegates are looking their best why not break the ice with a portable professional portrait studio (that’s a right mouthful!) which can be set up almost anywhere. It’s a very popular addition, proves to be a fun feature of the day and of course everyone walks away with high quality headshots for business use.
Event Photography – Formal Portraits:
This is the poshest photobooth ever!
Whether you have 20 guests or 2,000 we’re used to designing and delivering a formal portrait service where guests have their pictures taken and prints or digital downloads are available there and then. We cut our teeth with hundreds of smaller events plus a major national Christmas Party contract serving 3,000 happy souls a night for 20+ nights a year so we’re no strangers to this!
